Bonus Policy

This page sets the rules for every bonus and offer at Belleville Casino. Know them before you claim, and your bonus play stays simple.

A. General rules

Bonuses are extras, and extras come with conditions.

• Every offer is optional. You decide whether to claim it.
• We track bonus funds separately from your cash balance until the playthrough is complete.
• Our Terms and Conditions apply to all bonus play. On a bonus point, this page decides.
• Any limits you set through Safer Play apply to bonus play exactly as they apply to cash play.
• Belleville Rewards perks and other promotions can carry extra conditions, which we show on the promotion itself.

B. Maximum bet with a bonus running

Keep every stake under the cap until the bonus clears.

Each bonus carries a stake cap for every spin, hand or round, listed with the offer terms in your account. Go above that cap while bonus funds are in play and we may cancel the bonus plus whatever it won you.

C. Maximum conversion

Some bonuses have a ceiling on what turns into cash.

Some offers limit how much bonus balance can convert to withdrawable cash after playthrough. If a limit exists, the offer details state the number, and any excess is wiped when the balance converts. No limit listed? Your full converted balance moves into your cash balance.

D. Current welcome offer

Your first deposit gets a 100% match up to C$500, plus 80 bonus spins.

• Bonus cash carries a 1x playthrough, to be cleared within 7 days.
• Wagering credit varies by game. Slots pay in the full 100%. Video poker counts for half, at 50%. RNG table games add 10%. Live games add nothing: 0%.

In Ontario, incentives may not be advertised publicly. Ontario players can view this offer only once they have registered and signed in. The offer itself does not change: 100% on the first deposit up to C$500 plus 80 bonus spins, minimum deposit C$20, activated within 7 days of registration.

E. Who can take part

New players. 19 and over. In Canada.

• Your identity and location checks are complete.
• You have not self-excluded and are not taking a cooling-off break.

The welcome offer is one per person. Opening another account to grab it again breaks our terms.

F. One bonus at a time

One bonus on the go. Then the next.

You can have only one bonus in progress. Clear it, forfeit it or let it expire before you claim another. If you claim a new offer by mistake, email help@bellevillecasino.app before you play with it and we will sort it out.

G. Opting in

Nothing lights up until you switch it on.

To claim the welcome offer, select it in the cashier when you make your first deposit of C$20 or more. If you skip it, the deposit goes in as plain cash, and the offer cannot be added to that deposit afterwards.

Before you select any offer, check its details: the stake cap, any conversion cap, the games that count and the deadlines. To give up a bonus you no longer want, email help@bellevillecasino.app. Forfeiting removes the bonus balance and anything it has won.

H. Wagering and how each game counts

1x playthrough. Slots count in full.

Playthrough means the total counted stakes required before bonus funds turn into cash. On the welcome offer, the requirement is 1x the bonus amount. For example, a C$500 bonus clears after you place C$500 in counted stakes on slots.

• Slots: 100%. Every dollar staked counts as a full dollar.
• Video poker: 50%. Every dollar staked counts as half a dollar.
• RNG tables: 10%. Every dollar staked counts as a tenth of a dollar.
• Live games: 0%. Stakes on live tables do not count.

Only settled stakes count. Voided rounds and returned stakes do not move the meter.

I. Expiry

Two clocks. Seven days each.

• The welcome offer must be activated no later than 7 days after you register.
• Once activated, you have 7 days to clear the 1x playthrough.

When the clearing period is over, any remaining bonus balance and the winnings from it are removed from your account. Your cash balance is not affected.

J. Bonus abuse and voiding

Play the offer, not the system.

We treat the following as bonus abuse:

• claiming an offer more than once by creating additional accounts or by using someone else's details;
• betting both sides of an outcome, or with other players, to clear playthrough at low risk;
• staking above the maximum bet;
• exploiting a game fault or a mistake in an offer;
• any pattern built to extract bonus value rather than to play.

Abuse detected? The bonus and every win tied to it are voided, funds may be held while we investigate, and we can restrict or close the account under our Terms and Conditions.

K. Changes

Offers can change. A claimed bonus keeps its rules.

We can change, pause or pull any offer for future claims. A bonus you've already claimed keeps the conditions in force on its claim date, unless the law says otherwise or we uncover abuse. Updates show up here with their start date. Send questions to help@bellevillecasino.app.
